International orders are limited to max. 5 products (DHL Warenpost International).
Information for deliveries outside the EU
- Switzerland: up to around CHF 62 shipment value including shipping, no import tax is usually levied, as tax amounts below CHF 5 are not collected. Above that, Switzerland levies 8.1 % import tax, plus a customs clearance fee charged by the carrier. No customs duties apply, Switzerland abolished industrial tariffs in 2024.
- UAE and Saudi Arabia: on import, the destination country's import tax and customs duties apply, plus a handling fee charged by the carrier.
For deliveries outside the EU we do not charge German VAT. Import taxes, customs duties and fees in the destination country are borne by the customer. They are collected by the carrier on delivery and do not go to WELANDA.

Shipping Partners
We ship with DHL. After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package at any time. International shipments are sent via DHL Warenpost International.
Delivery Address
We deliver to the address you provided during checkout. Please ensure all information is correct. Unfortunately, changes to the delivery address are no longer possible after dispatch.
Parcel Locker & Parcel Shop
You can also have your order delivered to a DHL parcel locker or parcel shop. Simply enter the corresponding address during checkout. (Only for deliveries within Germany.)
