Important notice about personalized products

Personalized products (with engraving) are generally excluded from exchange and return. As these items are made to your individual specifications, we cannot accept them back (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

14-Day Return Policy

You can return non-personalized standard products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

  • The goods must be unused and in perfect condition
  • Original packaging should be included
  • The return must be made within 14 days of cancellation
  • The product must not be personalized

Return Shipping Costs

In case of cancellation, you bear the direct costs of return shipping. We recommend insured shipping, as we cannot be held liable for loss or damage during return transit.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price including the original shipping costs (standard shipping) within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange a product for a different variant (e.g. different color)? No problem! Simply send us an email at contact@welanda.com and we'll discuss the details.

Please note: Exchanges are only possible for non-personalized standard products.

Complaints / Defective Goods

If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us immediately at contact@welanda.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage/defect
  • A brief description of the problem

For justified complaints, we will of course cover the return shipping costs and send you a free replacement.
